Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems are expensive complex pieces of equipment and for them to continue to perform to the highest standard and operate efficiently, they need to be looked after. Some contractors tend to assign maintenance inspections to their least experienced engineers which means potential problems could be overlooked. At BSE air conditioning & refrigeration we have a different philosophy in that our engineers have over 30 years’ experience on a whole range of HVAC equipment and have the knowledge and can anticipate problems.

We provide scheduled air conditioning preventive maintenance visits to ensure that your air conditioning equipment is working to its maximum efficiency. Our preventive maintenance visits are designed to assess the status of your equipment, reduce energy consumption, minimise and avoid refrigerant leaks and make necessary corrective adjustments or repairs before catastrophic failure occurs.

Preventive maintenance will ensure that downtime is kept to the minimum. You protect your investment, your business and you meet your F-Gas regulations responsibilities.

We will supply labels to all equipment, new and old, which will display the type of refrigerant and quantity within the system as required by the F Gas regulations.
Each contract is tailored to meet your needs at very competitive rates. A full maintenance report will be issued on completion of the inspection. The number of scheduled visits will depend on the type of equipment and its application, we can advise you on this.

Our clients that sign an annual maintenance agreement with us receive preferential service if in the event emergency service is required.

All HVAC equipment is covered under a manufactures warranty, so we can offer extended manufactures warranty on a whole range of HVAC equipment even if we did not install the equipment.
